Re: GP Hungary
Jaime did very well this morning!! I think some people expected him to crash at the first corner or something but he didn't!! I think he did stall in the pit lane at one point, but other than that he just kept putting in the laps getter quicker all the time.
Being slowest was only to be expected. He did brilliantly in the circumstances!

Yeah I'm sooo proud of him too Margaret....although he finished 20th. But anyway I think he did verrry good job during the first practice!!!(although Jaime and Buemi lost pretty much time to Sutil.

Re: GP Hungary
Jaime really isn't very far behind Buemi, and Buemi had many, many miles of testing before his first race and has been racing all season, so it's not as if Jaime is half a lap slower than everyone else, as some people seemed to think he would be!

Yeah I know Margaret...I didn't mean Jaime is sooo slow etc. It's his very first time in f1. But I'd be more worried if Buemi was in top 10 and Jaime took the last place I just wanted to say that the car didn't seem to be very well during the first practice. Okay I know it's not Red Bull Racing car but anyway. Although Vettel's car was not so great too. But it's just a first practice. C'mon Sebi! and Vamos Jaime!!!

Re: GP Hungary
New boy Jaime Alguersuari has the message 'Ciao Henry' on the side of his helmet, a tribute to Henry Surtees, who died during a Formula 2 race last weekend. The pair drove together in Formula 3 last year. "This weekend was going to be perhaps the best of my life," said the 19-year-old before arriving in Hungary. "But now there is a shadow. My prayers go out to his family and for everyone involved in motorsport it is very sad news. I will try to do my best in the future and for the Surtees family this weekend."

Btw, I love Mr Borowczyk (Polish commentator heheh Essie and Margaret knows who I'm talking about hehe) cause last gp he was not able to prononciate Jaime surname correctly and right now he is!!!!! And what's more....he's really impressed of Jaime, that he was no out off track during the first practice!! and what's mroe he speak a lot about Jaime (not only about Kubica Kubica and Kubica lol) so wow....I'm impressed I guess he had to drink sth % before cause he doesn't behave like that normally hehehe

Slowest in practice two, but you'd expect that. He hasn't gone off track as far as I could see, he's doing brilliantly. He'll be fine on Sunday! Can't wait for quali tomorrow!! :jump: :jump: :jump:

I think it was quite good....it's his very first time in f1 car on this track and he'd be fool if he just care more to be just as fast as it's possibe then to know the track better. I guess he did a good job. and so what he was the slowest one.....it's not his fault he had no other opportunity to get to know the car. I think he's enough mature to know he's main goal for gp Hungary is to finish it and know the car better. And that's all.

So sad! It shows what a nice person Jaime is not to have forgotten his friend on his own big weekend.
